How to Change Password
Access the login page
TClick on the Login button on the site to access the City of Wins Casino (COW Casino) login page.
Click "Forgot Password?"
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link above the login button (in the login form).
Or click on the "Change Password" button below.
Reset password
You can reset your password using the information registered in your Cityofwins Casino account.
Follow the password change form (reset form), enter your registered username and phone number to get an OTP, and submit the form to open the setup page.
Set a new password
Enter your new password on the Set Password page. Once you have entered your new password, submit the form to complete the setup.
